My speciality is scriptwriting. I have written extensively for television, radio, theatre and film. I've also written a book on screenwriting, The Art of Screenplays, and a novel, Hillstation.
My first feature film, ‘Dance of the Wind’, won the Audience Prize at the London Film Festival. My most recent feature, ‘Lore’, has won numerous awards world-wide and was Australia’s official entry to the Oscars.
My three part television series, ‘Combat Kids’ was nominated for a BAFTA.
I also teach at Post Graduate and Undergraduate levels and I'm Course Director of MA Scriptwriting at Bath Spa University.
