Haggard, brusque and frayed around the edges, Dr. Davies is struggling to keep his head above water in a sea of rising patient quotas. He tries to bury his frustrations with his failing GP practice behind a mask of stoic professionalism but this has cost him his empathy, dulling his once incisive diagnostic abilities.
