A good user interface designer will make your ten screens look and feel gorgeous. A good user experience designer will help you discover that you only need one screen.
People often think of design as a purely visual medium. But if you want a truly world-class website or app, there are at least five stages in the design process - starting with strategy, moving through structure and only finally coming to aesthetics. And we must keep the user at the centre of it all.
I'm a user experience architect and user-centred design specialist - prototyping, usability testing, information architecture, needs analysis, user research, card sorting, task models, user journeys, interaction design, navigation design etc.
