Thanos Sarafis is a sound engineer and the founder and director of Sigma Sonics Ltd. A graduate of Middlesex University in London, UK, he received his BA (Hons) diploma in Audio Engineering.

Thanos studied music theory at Polyphonic School of Music in Piraeus, Greece and songwriting at Point Blank College of Music in London, UK. He worked on numerous independent projects for ten years as location sound engineer, audio post-production engineer, session musician and film producer.

Born and raised in Athens, Greece he moved to London, UK to continue his professional career in Audio Engineering under the banner of Sigma Sonics, a multifaceted company that has found enormous success in the competitive field of sound for film and media. 

He worked on numerous projects including feature and short films, interviews, commercials for clients like Xbox (Microsoft), DHL, Starfield, Abbey Road Studios to name a few, gaining an excellent reputation for attention to detail and work ethic.
