Serafina is an experienced interdisciplinary multimedia artist, theatre-maker, writer and creative facilitator. She is passionate about using art and theatre to offer embodied approaches to self-exploration, self-management and self-actualisation. She is also the founder of angelbabydarling; a social enterprise promoting self-care and mental health through art and fashion.
Serafina holds a First Class BA in Drama and Theatre Arts from the University of Birmingham where she also founded her own inclusive theatre group; facilitating the creation of collaboratively devised new work. She is a recent graduate of Bath Theatre Royal Adult Theatre School, recently appearing as Molly in The Sloe Pickers at The Egg; directed by Bryn Holding and choreographed by Lizzie Wiggs.
Serafina has been fortunate to train with some absolutely mind-blowing theatre practitioners of late; stepping into the world of clowning with Holly Stoppit, attending a physical theatre masterclass led by Richard James Neal of Frantic Assembly and receiving intensive vocal coaching from Emma Stevens-Johnson and RSC Associate artist Alison Bomber.
