Production Assistant

As a key member of our Production team, you will be an integral part of ensuring our products flow smoothly through the agency. You will work with and learn from a wide range of colleagues, including our designers, editors, creatives and producers.

We can promise that no one day will be the same as the one before, but your responsibilities will include:

Film and photography shoots:

• Assist with shoot planning; scheduling, shot-listing, talent management
• Coordinate third parties as well as internal stakeholders
• Help to manage the shoot on the day

Post-production logistics:

• Brief edit teams
• Support the management of studio traffic
• Engage in creative review sessions and consolidate creative feedback
• Research and license music and stock footage
• Book and manage recording sessions

Production partner relationship management:

• Research potential new partners
• Develop and refine our process for onboarding new production partners
• Manage our relationships with our pre-existing network

Pitch research:

• Work with the wider Production team in ensuring that the ideas that we pitch to new clients are feasible and within budget
