The main character's name is Tom and he is a University Student. He and his best friend Luke, move into their new house. They are the first two to arrive. Tom finds an old shoebox in his bedroom- inside is a series of tapes and pictures from 30 years before, which belonged to a girl called Vicky.
One by one he listens to the tapes, and learns there was an evil presence living in the house- in Room 11.
