Production Coordinator

World Class production is at the heart of everything we do, and our passionate and busy production team are one the look-out for a hard-working production coordinator to join the ViacomCBS family.

The production team manage every aspect of commissioned content production across VIMN UK’s channels. This involves negotiating commissioned content commercial terms, programme delivery, payments, paperwork reporting, Ofcom regionality reporting, Risk management, workflow and commissioned information sharing, Health & Safety & Insurance.

Amongst many other things …

• Alongside the department Coordinators this role will be responsible and accountable for
• All commissioned content to be delivered in to the building in a timely way
• Along with department colleagues, design, implement and maintain a delivery tracking system for commissioned content that is fully up to date
• Manage team tracking requirements for existing and new business systems
• Support the Production Managers in day to day business activity as required
• Ability to backfill Coordinator colleagues as required
• Manage commissioned content slate- OR Be knowledgeable on accessing and editing the commissioned content
• Manage and approve finance set up and tracking processes 
• Manage long term business projects as required
• Manage current department reporting & tracking systems
• General administration support for the Production teams
• Help to build the greatest possible workplace experience for employees
• Drive the ‘One ViacomCBS’ approach, role modelling great teamwork and collaboration
• Be an ambassador for all VCNI channels, internally and externally
• Help to embed the ViacomCBS values and foster a culture of inclusion
