Thorns explores cyclical abuse, generational trauma, mental health and opens a conversation about the devastating effects of raising a child in an unhealthy environment through the lens of the zombie horror genre.
'Thorns' is filled with LGBT+ representation and prides itself on inclusivity and diversity.
Jessie
A rebellious teenager who has grown up in a toxic, abusive environment. They are naive, insecure and desperate for affection. Unknowingly, they mirror the same abusive tendencies that they endure towards their boyfriend, Liam.
