Although the role is unpaid, I'm more than happy to arrange transport in and around the Bristol and Bath area. The shoot will also be catered.

Duration:

1 day

The shoot needs to take place at night, so it will involve a late start and very late finish. However, exact details can be discussed and agreed upon at a later date.

THE ROLE

This short film features just one actor with no dialogue at all. It's a fun challenge for someone who enjoys portraying a character through their physical presence alone. It would involve implied toplessness, but please rest assured that your modest will be maintained throughout.

N.B. Because of the nature of the shoot, I'm more than happy for actors to bring a chaperone if required.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

This is somewhat of a personal project of mine, coming off the back my last film 'The Suppression of Hannah Stevenson', a feature film currently in pre-production and due for release in June.

'The Week's End' can be shot over a single evening with very minimal crew, and is really just an excuse for me to get back behind the camera again after spearheading a feature film. That said, I expect the short to be polished to perfection and then entered into various short film festivals throughout the year, so it should be a great calling card for all involved.

SCHUDULE

Due to the nature of the production, I can work to dates that suit you. On the flipside though, I am looking to shoot fairly soon after the current lockdown has been lifted.
