Comedic short film. When Jake and Steph's new roommate dies tragically they use his wake as an opportunity to recruit a replacement so they can pay their rent.
Described as 'a god of a man' Theo is the best friend of the late Billy. He's due to inherit Billy's parent's company and so fingers point to him when people start to suspect foul play in Billy's death.
