The Painter (Short film)
The Painter is about an insecure artist that murders his models. He is subsequently haunted by his own insecurities which are manifested in the art he produces.
Verona is a young beautiful woman who agreed to model for Carlos upon his request. She obviously did not know his sinister background. When he visualises her criticising his work her beauty is overshadowed by her cynical tone and venomous jabs at his work which leads to an overall confrontation. Veronica is to be portrayed as a stoic, confident young woman with an extreme prejudice against Carlos and his work.
