'The Impracticality of Womanhood' by Miel Celeste (Stage, 2019)

What is it to be a woman in the modern world, and how impractical is it? 

You see the world through the character of HER. HER is our sarcastic, fourth wall breaking, yet honest guide to life. You follow HER through one night stands, dead end jobs, moral failure and success. 

Watching this piece is almost like watching an all too familiar car crash in slow motion. You watch as everything collides into place but don't act until it’s a misshapen mess. We hope whilst the audience is watching they see something and think, “Huh. Yeah that’s about right.”
