The Finland Post (Short film, 2024)
A married couple in their late 20s get entangled with organised crime that reveals a previously buried crack in their marriage.
Julia and Darrel are a newly married couple that have dreams to start a family but like most newly weds, they're in a financial struggle. They both look for new career avenues to explore and Julia decides to take one that isn't within the lines of the law.
Julia is happily married to Darren but is yearning for the next step in her career as she wishes to pursue her love of justice and acting. She manages to find a job that requires both but it isn't exactly what she thought as old wounds begin to resurface in her marriage due to her new employment.
Role has a £50 payment as well as an additional £15 for travel costs.
Filming will be taking place 29-31st January 2024 at Palma House, Cardiff.
The shoot will exist of two interior scenes and one exterior montage sequence of Julia walking through the streets of Cardiff.
Must be comfortable working within close proximity to their male screen partner and application of makeup (small cuts, bruises)
