Director

Looking for a director to come on board for a short, 8-minute film I've written and will be producing.

About the film: 

When waiting for her lift home on a busy Saturday night, a woman is forced to to rely on her social instincts as a safety mechanism when confronted with persistent, unwanted male attention.

Grounded in realism, the film is a naturalistic drama that uses horror filmmaking techniques to highlights the nuances of navigating male attention, the fragility of perceived safety, and highlighting to men how easy it can be for them to hold other men accountable—without escalating conflict.

About Me:

I'm an actor/writer/producer based in Bristol. I was part of the BFI emerging producer lab in 2023, have a 12-part interactive, horror series coming out in April 2025 and have several features in development.

This project will be one that I'll be looking to submit for funding rounds - especially the BFI short film fund opening this month. 

Looking for a director based in Bristol to come on board the project. The pay would be dependent on the funding secured.
