Behind Closed Doors (Audio, 2023)

Behind Closed Doors is a satirical tale of corruption, exploitation and betrayal, in the judging of a contemporary arts prize.

Usually controversial, this year’s prize goes above and beyond: destroying the lives of those who least expect it: the judges. 

Through the eyes of Yvette Somerland, artist and previous year’s winner, we see as the scales fall from her eyes, and her realisation that ‘The Establishment’ she revered and respected, is thoroughly venal rather than venerable.
