Strawberry Sunday (Short film, 2022)
A LGBT+ romance short film. A wlw couple spend a 'sick day' together - where they hang out and get ice cream.
'Strawberry Sunday' is a calming film about a wlw couple on a sick day. It follows two main characters, Rachel and Sophie on their day off - from morning to night. Sophie is the one who is ill, so Rachel does the looking after. This consists of making cups of tea and soup, watching films and going to get ice-cream in the evening.
This film's main audio will be in the form of a voice over from Rachel's perspective.
This role is for 'Sophie'. Sophie's role doesn't have many lines besides the occasional word as it is mainly a voice over by 'Rachel'.
- Ideally LGBT+ but as long as you're comfortable acting in a wlw relationship, that's fine by me!
- Always wears a pop of colour in her outfits, she has an artistic aesthetic.
- Gives off the feeling of 'ice cream in the rain'.
- Preferable height - between 5'3 and 5'6.
- Loving and gentle.
- A song to understand her vibe - 'Back to Life' by Rascal Flatts.
