A man is accused of identity fraud and is questioned by two police officers. But after a while it seems maybe the police officers are the fraudsters themselves.

Terry is partners and best friends with Reg, they are much like a buddy/comedy duo but in police roles. Both are not very intelligent but smart enough to have joined the police force.

However Terry is more of a sweet-talker, he likes to talk things out and takes pride in prying the information needed out of people.
