A man is accused of identity fraud and is questioned by two police officers. But after a while it seems maybe the police officers are the fraudsters themselves.

Reg is partners and best friends with Terry, they are much like a buddy/comedy duo but in police roles. Both are not very intelligent but smart enough to have joined the police force. He loves gum and violence, constantly looking like he wants to start a fight.
He is more hot-tempered than Terry and is always waiting for a moment to strike, always has piercing eyes like a predator examining it’s prey. His arms are crossed and legs apart, trying to always establish dominance in a room.
