Twelfth Night (Stage)
This is His & Hers Theatre Company's own musical production of Twelfth Night, with the queerness ramped up to 11! We are looking for a Sebastian and an Antonio.
Show dates: 6th and 7th February, 2025, at the Tobacco Factory Theatre, Bristol.
This production will be a fundraiser for the Somerset LGBTQ+ charity 2BU.
We have a nearly full cast and are looking for two male-presenting actors to play Sebastian and Sir Aguecheek. For Sebastian we're looking for someone preferably blond with blue eyes, 20 - 30 y/o and slim, but we're open to have our Sebastian not actually looking much like our Viola. For Sir Aguecheek, we're preferably looking for someone tall, slim and who enjoys projecting camp energy!
Note: this is an edited description because I've not done any project opportunities before and I couldn't figure out how to do a new one for Sir Aguecheek, apologies if it feels confusing!
Sir Andrew Aguecheek is a lanky and laconic romantic, and Sir Toby Belch's partner in crime. We need someone funny, with very high energy, preferably tall and slim to match the script, but we're open to talent over looks - although camp & queer energy is a must please!
As we're running these performances as a fundraiser for the Somerset LGBTQ+ charity 2BU, we can't offer remuneration, but all production photos and video that we take for marketing will be available to you, as well as refreshments provided on show days and most rehearsals.
Rehearsals will be most Tuesday and Thursday evenings and some Saturday afternoons (schedule will be sorted with the cast).
