Come on in is a short comedy film about Phil, a socially awkward 20 year old student, who finds himself in need of new accommodation within an existing London house-share - eager to swap his current flat in Tooting for South East London. Phil has a series of strange and surreal experiences whilst viewing rooms - with sharer, Josie, asking him out on a date, an unexpected house party and a scary interaction with an extravagant Italian man. Come on in explores themes of social anxiety and reticence within young males and the significance of first impressions.
Josie is a 26 year old northener currently living in Peckham, London. She is down to earth, friendly and extraverted. She is also very straight talking, not afraid of confrontation and will not suffer fools gladly. Josie works within the charity sector and enjoys going to the pub with her big group of friends at the weekends.
