Welcome to the City. A dystopian world wherein prisons are not needed, there is complete and utter peace, any rebels are dealt with by shoving them to the outskirts of the world, forced to live the rest of their days in complete solitude, confined by their own fears, or the 'Minute' wherein for one minute, every hour, everyday for the rest of their lives these degenerates are taunted by their greatest nightmares. Evie, who rebelled against the City is taunted by a sin that she did not commit, however, the City's inhabitants have been indoctrinated to believe otherwise, and she is now a total outsider who has not stepped outside her Sector in years. This poses the question, if Evie did not commit the crime she has been accused of, did any of these rebels do wrong? Are they just victims of this repressive regime?
