Step into a world of snow-dusted pine trees, glowing lanterns, and festive enchantment. Created with Hollywood set designers and West End theatre professionals, LaplandUK is one of the UK’s most ambitious live theatrical experiences – and we’re looking for performers to help bring it to life.

Each Christmas, over 170,000 guests (including celebrities and royalty) journey through our 30-acre forest in a fully immersive, live walk-through show that sells out within hours. With more than 1,000 performers and a full cast of original characters, LaplandUK blends rich storytelling, interactive theatre, and world-class production into something truly extraordinary.

If you have a background in acting, immersive theatre, live performance, or simply a passion for creating magic, this is your invitation to step into the story.

The Role: Magic Elf (Actor/Performer)

You’ll play the role of an Elf. In full costume and character throughout, you’ll engage directly with families, improvise around magical moments, and help deliver unforgettable scenes as they journey through the show.

Whether you’re guiding guests through the snowy forest or assisting in Father Christmas's visits, this is far more than a front-of-house role – it's a live immersive experience across multiple, beautifully built environments.

We’re Looking For:

• Performers, actors, improvisers, storytellers, drama students or creatives with an expressive spirit and confidence in character
• People comfortable performing in role for long periods and interacting with guests of all ages
• Warm, joyful personalities who love to collaborate and work in high-energy team environments
• No formal acting experience is required – if you’ve got heart, presence, and a great sense of play, we’ll train and support you

Key Information

Location: Ascot, Berkshire (Free shuttle from Ascot station or free onsite parking)

Paid Training: Selected dates from late October to early November 2025

Live Event:8th November – 24th December 2025

Pay: £13.25 per hour (plus paid training)
