Motion Designer

Are you a talented, experienced Motion Designer from the commercial world who is confident jumping on character animation creation as well as motion graphics? Are you at your best when coming up with dynamic concepts that bring digital learning to life? And would you like the opportunity to work with a world leading digital learning design organisation on multiple different client projects where you can grow and share your skills to carve a fantastic career?

The role… You’ll work with exciting global brands whilst collaborating with teams of Learning Designers, Graphic Designers, and Development to pioneering, thought provoking, world class learning solutions which will impact hundreds of thousands of learners across the world. You’ll focus on the needs of the client acknowledging their requirements and business objectives at every stage of the project to provide high quality, consistent motion graphics and animation. 

Producing short form, educational explainers, and animations on all sorts of projects (no two days are the same) you’ll present concepts to project stakeholders and clients communicating your ideas through mood boards, story boards, wireframes and prototypes. We love learning at Sponge, so you’ll have every opportunity to act as role model to other Motion Designers in the team supporting both theirs and your own growth by sharing your expertise through coaching and mentoring. If you want an opportunity to push the boundaries of motion design for digital learning, we’d love to hear from you.
