DIY Film School (Self-funded Film Collective, 2019)
We are a Bristol-based collective of filmmakers, who are making 4 short films in a year. We will shoot our first film in mid-October.
THE DIY FILM SCHOOL WANTS YOUR SCREENPLAY
The Film School is a collective of filmmakers based in the South West, that plan to make 4 self-funded short films in 12 months. We are looking for screenplays in any genre but they should be:
- Less than 12 minutes
- 6 actors or less
- No more than 3 locations
- Not require VFX
Preference will be given to writers in the south-west. No fee will be paid. All scripts selected may be modified. Any chosen writer wanting to be involved in the filming process is encouraged to do so. Selected scripts will be great stories but also have a strong aesthetic for both visual and aural elements.
Deadline is midnight on August 16th.
