Michael is a proud drag queen. At 17, he left his Catholic household because they weren't accepting of his sexuality, leaving his beloved church community behind him. After a few months of homelessness, he found refuge and a found family in a local church which celebrates diversity and inclusivity. In this 4-5 minute film he is 24, happy, and thriving, and he bumps into his old pastor, Thomas. Michael helps Thomas, who is struggling with his sexuality and faith, figure out what his next steps could be. An actor who is a drag queen/queer in real life would be fantastic as I am trying to be as truthful as possible. Ideally Hispanic or Latino, but I am not too picky.
