Ephemeral (Short film)
Logline : A talented singer must overcome her body dysmorphia in order to attend a live audition, while dealing with her loving boyfriend’s trust issues.
"Ephemeral" is a psychological short, a genre piece, using the dark psychological and fantastical elements to portray body dysmorphia and binge-eating.
Through the story, we can feel the solitude of the main protagonist, her struggle, her pain, but also the solitude of her partner. The beauty of the film resides in its cinematography, but also in its costumes, makeup and choreographies.
"Ephemeral" is a new genre, a beautiful piece acting as the interpretation of several generations' struggle.

As much as we wanted to, we are unable to compensate people for their time and skill, as we did not raise enough funds.
The whole cast and crew is not getting compensate, but we are having fun, and hopefully creating a beautiful piece.
The role of the MUA is crucial, as some of the make-up are very avant-garde, out there, colourful, creative.
We already have the prosthetics and bald caps, and most of the makeup. The looks have already been created.
