Echoes (2016)
An ageing recluse, once a rock star, gives an interview with a young music journalist.
The film is inspired by the mythology surrounding Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd fame, and drummer Ginger Baker. But I believe that 'Echoes' is something quite original. Here is the script: docdro.id/uVj4BI6
I'm the writer, and will be serving as director and editor. I have a cinematographer, who has worked on some big-name music videos for bands such as Years And Years; and a sound recordist/mixer, who has worked on films such as 'Rush' and 'Paddington' and 'Lady in the Van' and Paolo Sorrentino's fantastic 'Youth' (starring Michael Caine and Paul Dano).
Need someone to location manage and scout to help with a 10-minute short I'm making. I've been trying on my own mostly, but it's proven unfruitful so far.
