Pink Leather (A Folk Horror Music Video) (Music video)
A period piece music video set in the 1600s, drawing inspiration from English folk horror projects from the 60s and 70s.
Pink Leather combines the performance elements of a more typical music video with a narrative set in the 1640s following the tale of a young woman who discover her lovers betrayal. The film contains possession, rituals, a mysterious ring, and a large burning pyre. Filming has now finished and we are entering the post production stage and looking for talent to bring it to delivery.
I am looking for an organized and creative producer to join our crew for our folk horror music video. The video will be set in the 1600s and will involve shooting a series of scenes that convey a narrative featuring two actors throughout the video. This will also be intercut with footage of the band performing in a similar setting dressed in the attire of the narrative. This role will include organizing a large crew, creative problem solving, ensuing the production logistical roles, and working closely with the concept team in pre-production. We are looking for someone with lots of availability throughout December to March, a eager and passionate creative, and someone who is easy to work with. Someone who is extremely passionate for video creation and working with lots of creative departments would be incredible to have on board to work with.
