DIY Films is a new filmmaking collective in Bristol. The intention is to learn filmmaking through shared endeavour and we’d like to include the actors in this collaborative process. We can only offer expenses and food, but hope to give the cast opportunities to learn about both filmmaking and acting for screen.

We will shoot over two weekends: October 12th - 13th & 19th - 20th

One-Life Stand is a short film and a playful take on the rom-com. Joseph and Dana, its two protagonists, lead the viewer on a visual tour of the genre’s cliches before revealing that things are not quite as they seemed... Joseph is one of two central characters. He is quick-witted and kind.
