Culinary school was a nightmare, but they made it out the other side. And this is what they deal with, disorganised kitchen staff and often incompetent servers. Not to mention the Manager and his constant overstepping into his kitchen. Who does he think he is, he doesn’t understand how a kitchen works or how much effort goes into this. Doesn’t matter. This is a job, and it’ll work. No need for the comradery or the jokes. Just get the plates out on time—serious, work-oriented, no bullshit.
