A tour group are trapped in a Cold War bunker after a catastrophic 'event'. However, they manage to remain chirpy for little Sam's birthday each year. Almost.

Tom is Sam's Dad, and his wife Matilda is beginning to grate on him. It has taken a nuclear apocalypse for him to realise how much they hate each other, and now they are forced to keep up appearances even more than they did before. Especially every time Sam has a bloody birthday party.
