Ambitions: Top Tips for Youth Support Workers (Commercial video, 2020)

Empowering young people to voice their opinions, ideas and feelings about what type of qualities a professional working in the social care, youth and educational sectors needs for them to be able to engage with them. All of these young people had never been filmed on camera before. Many had mental health or SEND issues and had faced adversity and trauma. Through work with ACC Productions the young people felt empowered to their know their rights and to have their voices heard. This increased their self-esteem and confidence resulting in this wonderful short film.
