Hello All
My name is Joe Carty and I am currently producing a dramatic comedy short film here, in Bristol. The short is focused around a group of bitter siblings brought together over the death of their eccentric and ex pro wrestling father, with each of them trying to take his inheritance for themselves.
I particularly welcome applications from Screenology because of the reputation the school has for being a very practical film school, and that is exactly what I am after.
I am currently building a crew but there are three key roles still empty and I am looking for passionate , hungry film makers to fill those roles. and thats where you come in. I want to hold an open application system for students who want first hand experience of a professional film set. The current slots for application are as follows;
A 1st Ad
A Lighting Gaffer
A script supervisor
The current shooting dates are the 9th the 10th and the 11th of November and all applicants will need to be available for those dates.
If you're interested in working on this project, and want to take a look at he script please get in touch. I am not looking for the most experienced students, just filmmakers who understand the demands of the role they choose and are excited to work and enjoy a full scale production.
