Production Executive

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting Four8 as they look to appoint a part time Production Executive on a permanent basis. This is a part time role for 10 days a month. This can be done flexibly. Four 8 is a creative outfit that creates short-form digital content engaging with and tackling some of life's toughest issues. Either through drama series or roundtable discussions, they help young people explore issues that affect them through honest, imaginative storytelling with a faith based undertone.

The Production Executive will oversee production of Four8 projects across multiple social media platforms. Main responsibilities include working with editorial leads to respond to pitches, project planning, budgeting and cost management, managing project contracts with clients and suppliers, recruiting staff, managing facilities, and delivering projects successfully from end-to-end.

The suitable candidate for this position will have experience of working in a fast-paced digital and/or television production environment and a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects combined with experience of managing teams and content at scale. A proven ability to organise and communicate effectively with excellent attention to detail.
