The skills I have acquired over the last decade require me to be very flexible. During the filming of a television pilot in Italy I began as a camera man but by the end of the production I had also taken on the sound recording and, later, video and audio editing for the entire project. It is this holistic skillset that I apply to most of my collaborations. I am brought in to develop a concept then compose, record and perform music. When the audio is complete it is on to video where I film and edit, often on my own. Because of this I have to know the entire work process from the conception of an idea to filming, recording audio, editing, colour grading, special effects and exporting.
This year has seen artists I have worked with achieve a total of nearly one million views and plays having been previously unknown and total play count across my videos in the tens of millions. This success was based on campaigns created and managed by me, with one being named one of BBC Introducing's most promising up-and-coming artists, and two being offered record deals from large companies, including Sony.
Lately, my focus has been on developing IPs as I move into narrative based video.
