I established as an independent theatre and film producer after finding myself unemployed when COVID-19 happened in March 2020, I am grateful to the support from the UK Government's New Enterprise Scheme, Camden Council, Arts Council England, Stage One, Theatr Clwyd's Bursary and Mercury Creatives scheme for making this possible.
Alongside working across a portfolio of artists to lead produce their work, I provide freelance services to an exciting range of organisations. Currently I am Fundraising & Operations Manager for Creative Youth, Associate Producer for The Bread & Roses Theatre and Trainee Producer for Arch468.
I am the recipient of the prestigious Blackbaud Scholarship for pursuing my MA in Philanthropic Studies at the University of Kent. I am also a three time RAISE bursary awardee from the Chartered Institute Of Fundraising for training and conferences.
As for film, I produce both independently and in collaboration with The Ace Effect Ltd. I joined the company in 2020 after securing the company's first ever public funding grant from Croydon Council to make the short film Judgement. I have recently partnered with BFI Network to deliver fundraising workshops and part of the BFI Network South East Producers' Programme 2020. I am also a recipient of the Film and TV Charity Community Grant, Going Places Fund and Film Hub London's Training Bursary.
My recent theatre production, Dumbledore Is So Gay won the VAULT Festival's Origins Award and won an Off West End commendation award. Previously, I trained as Resident Assistant Producer at Theatre503, worked as Box Office Deputy Manager for Pleasance Theatre and as Development and Marketing Assistant for The Coronet Theatre.
I am eager to find exciting stories with an authentic voice and meet new creative collaborators. When allowed, you might spot me working from Battersea Arts Centre's Scratch Hub or Theatre Deli's desk space.
