I want to unpick the things that routine becomes immune to and delve beneath the surface of social convention and interaction. What is 'normal' and why do we conform to norms that many of us find inconvenient or unpleasant? To me, people are the most interesting thing and our behaviour is endlessly entertaining. My writing is inspired by real life situations and I enjoy reflecting on the things most people consider to be obvious and unchangeable because "that's just the way things are".
