Growing up in a small countryside town in oxfordshire I taught myself Premiere pro on the computer which I bought myself. At the age of fifteen designing and producing small films and videos for my youtube channel. By the age of 18 my love for film had grown, especially post production, so to pursue this I applied and was accepted to a digital media course in Bristol in which I commuted to for 2 years. Wanting to further develop my skills I joined Bristol Film School in the year of 2022. In which, over the course of 3 years, I leant and excelled at a wide variety of software and found a passion for colour grading. Hopeful to make an impact on the film industry, I am still creating films in my own time and aspire one day to be the colourist on feature documentaries. My other interests include chess which I believe have strong similarities and cross over with data operations in filmmaking as they are both very logical and sequential and follow a strict set of rules which I find satisfying and gratifying. I watch lots of films and tv in my spare time falling in love with the works of the Coen brothers in films such as “Barton Fink” and Ken Loach with films like “The Old Oak”. frequenting local independent cinemas such as the watershed and the cube and on occasion if I feel fancy; the Everyman.
