I am Subject Leader of Productions at the Bath School of Music and Performing Arts at Bath Spa University. I am the Producer of Bath Spa Productions, producing a full programme of theatre productions, events and the festival SparkFest every year. I am Course Leader of two MA's in The School: MA Creative Producing and MA Directing. I am a writer, director and independent theatre producer. I am the founder and director of ProducerWorks, a not for profit company that supports creative producers and their work. I am currently doing an MBA in Leadership at Bath Spa University.
