Jonell Rowe is a London/Bristol based Writer, Editor and Filmmaker, who ventured into the arts by studying Theatre and Art at The BRIT School. After graduating with 2 BTEC National Diplomas, Jonell went on to do a writers course at the Lyric Hammersmith Theatre in 2013 and along with other creative minds, founded Lionstooth Productions, writing and directing two of the company's short-films. His style of work currently focuses on a mixture of dark comedy, fantasy and emotions spiralling out of control, affecting an individual's actions, which in turn affects the world around them.
He shot and directed his first 15 minute short film "E.D.D." in 2014, a psychological fantasy drama. In 2015 "E.D.D." was accepted and screened at various festivals, most noteably the Cannes Film Festival.
