Joe is a narrative and short-form filmmaker who graduated from the University for the Creative Arts, UK with an MA in Filmmaking. His MA graduation film, Development of June, screened at festivals in the UK and US, including the Academy Award qualifying Indy Shorts International Film Festival and the Blow-Up International Arthouse Film Fest. The film won best drama short at the RAGFF in New York City. While writing and directing narrative films is his main passion, Joe composes music for film, edits, mixes, and engineers audio, and works as a cinematographer. When not making films, he can be found reading, hiking, fishing, and taking photographs on film.
