Composer and Session Bassist
I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2021 with a First-class degree in music. Since then I have worked as a composer writing and producing music for several short films, including the 'Act Now Film' (the official COP26 Youth Project), dark comedy, 'Manic Attacks' which I won the Jury Award for Best Score at the European Film Festival and LGBTQ+ romance 'Just Friends'. Here is my showreel: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Sf32bbmIzZbIG-xVDObsF52BAzuKRfg6/view?usp=drivesdk.
I have also been working as a session bassist in and around Liverpool, playing with numerous function bands as well as Bedroom Pop artist, Lazygirl.
I have released several EPs under my artist name, Jensyn, thanks to funding through Youth Music UK. You can check out my instrumental EP, 'I Wanna Be There' here: https://open.spotify.com/album/6BzrbyLv1kQtRvQvjoBsNs?si=yUZrRfsxTNKr1UtuRgKDAQ&context=spotify%3Aalbum%3A6BzrbyLv1kQtRvQvjoBsNs
