Daniel J Barnes is an Actor, Producer, Comedian & Consultant. 

His training consists of many different avenues, his degree in Theatre and Performance Studies at University of Bristol, The Workshop with Peter Wooldridge & National Youth Film Academy. The latter being training in screen acting. 

In producing, Dan embarked on creating his a company that fulfills his own creation of work. Evolution Producing House. This is a company that strives to succeed through its work and give new members to the industry. He gained a wealth of experience working as an assistant producer to Laura H Drane an independent producer based in Cardiff and the UK and has used this to field what is becoming an ever growing company.

In regard to credits, Dan has been involved in numerous film and television projects such as Ann Rolls Green (2019, Amazon Prime), Casualty (2018), Toasted (2017), Room for one more (2016), Pobol Y Cwm (2017) & Chwarter Call (2017). In regard to theatre, Dan's credits lie with The Swing Shift & Winter Wonderland (Both UK Touring Pantomimes), 2016 The Musical (Edinburgh Fringe, 2017), Indecent Exposure (2017), A servant to two masters (2016), One man two guvnors, (2015) and National Theatre's #Wearehere project (2016). Dan is also one half of the comic duo Godden & Barnes.

Dan considers himself to be skilled in many areas and he loves to take on new opportunities regularly.
