I was born near Bristol but raised from the age of 2 in Wales, identifying as Welsh (even though my father's side of the family are English!). I went to stage school learning Musical Theatre from 6 years old. After a Sherman, Everyman and Unknown youth theatre, eventually I left to study Drama at Exeter University achieving a 2:1. I went onto write and perform a few of my own pieces in Cardiff. Next, spending nearly 2 years in Valencia, Spain learning Spanish and contemporary dance. I've been back to my roots, living in Cardiff since summer 2019, starting my own theatre company and learning welsh! I started my theatre company Action Movement Peace to bring together my two main passions, nature and the arts.
