Wardrobe (Emerging)

For my role as Costume Maker, my main task was to ensure that the Costume Designer's vision for the costumes was successfully being brought to life, so liaising with them throughout the making process was imperative. I also had to be certain that my costumes were wearable and comfortable for the actors to move around in and feel sercure in on stage, so that they were also able to put on their best performance for the audience. I had to fit and alter garments, work as a team with a group of other Costume Makers to reach an end deadline, and I was on hand to help fit and dress costume on the nights that the show was running, which included quick changes.
