Production Assistant

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our Pre-Production team. • Proven Team: Cross-industry experts with a track record of success in filmmaking and distribution.
• Name Director Attached: Award-winning director with feature film currently streaming on Netflix and Amazon attached to write and direct compelling, market-ready content.
• Established Sales Channels: Existing working relationships and connections to potential purchasers of the film, including major studios and distributors such as Blumhouse, Lionsgate, A24, and Warner Bros.

What to expect

• You will spend several hours per week assisting the Director and Producers across all areas including research, communications, project management, and more.
• Flexible schedule, working from home or in our office
• Minimal local travel to scout locations or attend rehearsals
• Production/shooting in Q3-Q4 2025
• A fun, supportive, and friendly environment

Your role and compensation

We are obsessive creatives, looking for someone who can match our energy and come on board as a collaborator. The project has, so far, secured sufficient funding to cover production costs (props, set materials, key locations, etc) and expenses (food, travel, etc). We are prioritising these necessary costs to ensure a studio-quality film as well as a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable on-set experience for all.

We are seeking crew members who are willing and able to invest their time by deferring payment until the film's sale. All deferred fees will be paid in full after sale of the film, plus a significant percentage uplift. Remaining profit will be funnelled back into the studio and used to fund future projects.

All agreements will be safeguarded by comprehensive legal contracts in partnership with the developing Tabb Legal Framework.
